Annual Charity Dinner 2026

Friday 27th February 2026 will be the Annual Charity Dinner, which is a prestigious event in the Portsmouth Property Association calendar.

Conference/Ball Room with bar, Village Hotel Portsmouth, Lakeshore Drive, Cosham, PO6 3FR

The evening commences at 6.30pm for networking, with dinner service from 7.15pm.  A delicious 3 course meal, and Charity Auction conducted by Clive Emson MBE FRICS FNAEA (Honoured) FNAVA, with carriages at Midnight.  You are welcome to stay at the Main Village Hotel Bar at the front of the hotel after the main charity event ends!!!

Dress Code: Black Tie/ Party Frocks.

The three course meal is to be confirmed, with special dietary requirements to be emailed to the organiser Iain Morrison separately.

All proceeds of the evening will go to our nominated Chair’s Charity SPARK COMMUNITY SPACE.

This year’s ticket includes entry into the “Heads & Tail” fundraising game, where you get the chance to win the “last person standing” prize in this daring game of chance!  All profits and fundraising during the evening – including raffle and auction will go towards Spark Community Space.

Our members are encouraged to support this event and donate either raffle prizes or auction lots, and are welcome to invite guests or clients to this event too.

There will be opportunity to raise funds for the charities through Raffle Ticket Purchases and Auction Bidding, Good Luck!
