Celebrating 200 Years: PS&B Champions the Next Generation Through Unloc Partnership

This year marks a remarkable milestone for PS&B as we proudly celebrate 200 years of service in the property sector. Driven by our commitment to shaping the future while honouring our heritage, PS&B, as part of the Blue Bombini Group, is proud to support a new partnership with Unloc, a leading organisation dedicated to empowering young people across the UK.

Supporting the Changemakers of Tomorrow

The Unloc Changemaker Alliance brings together businesses that are committed to helping young people build brighter futures. Alongside well known names such as Burberry, Verizon Business, Palo Alto Networks, Juniper Networks and GRP Solutions, we are helping to create meaningful and practical experiences for students, particularly within our local communities.

The Blue Bombini Schools Roadshow

One of the most exciting developments in our partnership with Unloc has been the launch of the Blue Bombini Schools Roadshow, an initiative designed to bring career inspiration, business insights and practical experiences to students.

We began the roadshow with an engaging session with students from The Cowplain School, where they had the chance to:

• Learn more about the property sector and the Blue Bombini Group, including PS&B and its 200-year celebrations.
• Hear from Karen Baker, Chief Business Development Officer, about her own career journey and experiences
• Explore human resources with Reece
• Take part in a live auction activity led by Simon
• Gain insights into marketing with Bo
• Work in teams to design and present their own business ideas to the team

The students showed great enthusiasm, creativity and confidence throughout the day, making the session a real success.

Building on Success

Following the first event, the roadshow continued with students from The Portsmouth Academy. Once again, we were inspired by the energy, curiosity and teamwork of the students. These sessions aim not only to inform, but to empower young people to think entrepreneurially, explore different career paths and develop practical skills that will serve them well in the future.

At PS&B, we are passionate about making a difference in the communities we serve. The partnership with Unloc is just one of the ways we are working to support the next generation and help young people realise their potential.
