Stuart Mitchell qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1990 having worked in the Portsmouth area since 1985; he now lives in the Petersfield area and covers most of South East Hampshire. He specialises in a cross section of work including Bank & Asset Valuations, Landlord & Tenant matters, Asset Management and most aspects of Agency including development & investment.
