Stellar night at the South Coast Property Awards 2023!
The warm welcome at the Hilton at the Ageas Bowl, the flowing glasses of bubbly or orange juice, lively conversation and a full night of humour and awards, Iain Morrison, our Chair and Sau-Wan Lai, our social media and webmaster had a stellar night.
Thank you to The Business Magazine and Black Ox for the invitation to Iain to be one of the independent judges representing the Portsmouth Property Association, alongside the Bournemouth Property Association and Southampton Property Association. The judging was a really positive and insightful experience. We appreciated the invitation to attend the evening, and had the privilege of sharing our table with one of the category winners.
It was fantastic to see some of our PPA members attending the event, and coming to say hello to us and whilst we enjoyed the evening, we were unable to see the close of the awards; one had a boat to catch across the solent, the other had some “Zzz’s” to catch. We did a Cinderella’s younger sister and departed before the desserts were brought out… very very saddened not to be able to eat what could have been delicious Sticky Toffee pudding if the starters and mains were anything to go by.
Congratulations to the winners in the categories “…of the year”:

Hal Cruttenden was a brilliant compare and his humour was cutting and sharp, and dealing with an unruly table or two, we take our hats off to you.
