Portsmouth makes the Top 20 table of UK cities with growing property values

An article in the Property News section of the Zoopla website has today revealed that property values in Portsmouth have risen by 5.4% over the last year. This means that Portsmouth is 9th in the league table of UK cities in which property values have increased since the same time in 2017. The figures come from the Hometrack UK Cities House Price Index, and  is good news for current homeowners, who can be confident that their property has at least retained it’s value since last year, or it might have even enjoyed an increase in value/level of equity.  See the complete Top 20 of UK cities with the fastest growth in property prices, in the table below.
