Motiv8 are presented with their “Big Cheque” donation to round off 12 months.

The Portsmouth Property Association raises funds for the Chairman’s charities – each Chair picks their charities and they are supported for 12 months.

We are drawing an end to the previous Chair Sam’s charities, and have been making our final donation, and Iain who stepped in last year and will continue to be the Chair for this forthcoming spell, made his way to Motiv8 to deliver “our big cheque” for the grand sum of £1,650 !

He is a part of Motiv8 history as they stand outside the Motiv8 hub in Portsea for the last publicity event, as they are moving to a new youth centre in Fratton. Keep your eyes peeled for Motiv8’s good news. A PPA member – local chartered surveying firm helped with their valuation, and well as other local solicitors who helped deal with the lease. Great community spirit.

It has been amazing to support this local charity and see all the good work they do.
