Claire Ray of Sunshine in Property Journey

We encourage our members to share positive stories, and at our AGM, we were delighted to hear and celebrate Claire Ray’s recent nominations and accolades, as a former Committee member and long standing member of the PPA, we’re pleased that her hard work has been publicly recognised.

Claire has been nominated for the gold award as best estate agent in Portsmouth by reviewers on the “allAgents” website for her role at Town and Country Southern while customer reviews for Fine and Country Southern Hampshire mean she also gets silver as the runner-up to herself!

“If this was the Olympics winning a race and being runner-up at the same time would be impossible but as all who work with her know, Claire is more than accustomed to achieving such a remarkable feat,” says Colin Shairp, who founded both agencies.

It is wonderful to showcase a snapshot of what one of our PPA members’ does, and the celebrating successes like this, shows we like to support our members as much as they support us. We not only put on social events, to catch up but also CPD events for the education and life long learning that our property community need to undertake to ensure they maintain their high level of knowledge and expertise.
